My practice is focused on results oriented massage. Having experienced chronic pain myself, I know what massage can do to help provide relief not only from physical discomfort but also from every day stress and worries. My main goal with each session is that the client will leave feeling better than they did when they arrived on not just the physical level, but also on the mental and emotional levels. To me, the biggest benefit of being a massage therapist is getting to see the increase in quality of life that so many of my clients have experienced.
After graduating from massage school, I moved back to my hometown of Winner, SD and practiced massage with my mom up until August of 2011. While I miss my clients from my old practice, I'm enjoying Sioux Falls and I'm looking forward to meeting new clients and helping them as much as I can.
I graduated from South Dakota State University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Theatre. During my time at SDSU I was a member of Alpha Psi Omega and I also marched with the Pride of the Dakotas. In my free time I enjoy knitting, spinning, painting, cooking, baking, reading, writing, watching movies and playing video or board games with friends. I also love music, whether I'm singing, playing or just listening to it. I have a kitty named Will.
